Kristi Rassi
KristiKristi grew up in Indiana, and has always loved geography, learning about other cultures and traveling. It is her desire to continue to help others step out of their comfort zones, travel the world, and further Christ’s Kingdom through this. Her favorite quote sums up her passion, “A risk-free life is a victory-free life. It means life-long surrender to the mediocre and that is the worst of all possible defeats” (Jamie Buckingham). Kristi loves to see people take “risks” and see God show Himself strong to them!

Shar Yordy
SharAbout ConneXions, Shar says: "My heart is to see young and older people alike grow intensely in their relationship with and knowledge of God and, through the whole process of ConneXions, become better equipped to be used in whatever leadership capacity God has for them. It has been encouraging to see transformation take place in the participants’ lives over the months as they yield themselves to God’s “refiner’s fire,” whether that be through time alone in personal devotions, wrestling to complete an assigned project with team members, or completing a comprehensive individual project. As participants go through this intense time of training, which all takes place in the context of a larger community where “iron sharpens iron,” they will be equipped to go to the nations, whether it be here in this nation, or in others around the world.

Board Members

Sharon Chupp
SharonBringing up two sons, watching them establish Christian homes and being a homemaker has been very fulfilling to Sharon. For ten years she organized and coordinated "March for Jesus" locally and regionally. This dynamic experience birthed in her a profound love and new awareness for the nations - especially unreached people groups. Sharon has been extremely thankful for opportunities to minister in other nations. She has realized a burden to see each member in the body of Christ fulfill their calling. Sharon launched a mobilization ministry and developed materials in order to encourage others in the pursuit of their purpose, in identifying their giftings, abilities and personality style. She desires to see the promise of Jesus fulfilled when He said, "I will build my church and the gates of hades will not prevail against it." She longs to see the fulfillment of the tremendous anointing the church will experience when there is true unity in Jesus Christ.

He sees his primary field of ministry as being in business and in his work place where he is developing a healthy leadership culture. “Most of my best employees have been the beneficiaries of healthy leadership training,” says Doug. “They know how to think and act. They know how to give challenging assignments. They know how to give power away. They understand the meaning of servant leadership and they lead in that manner.” It is his desire to see this same quality of leadership developed in a greater way in this nation and across the world and is excited to be a part of it.
