Sharon Chupp
Sharon works as a Paraprofessional, teaching and helping elementary children learn, and enjoys influencing their lives. For ten years she organized and coordinated "March for Jesus" locally and regionally. This dynamic experience birthed in her a profound love and new awareness for the nations - especially unreached people groups. She has been extremely grateful for a few opportunities to minister in other nations. She has been involved with SGA from its conception. Sharon launched a mobilization ministry in her local church and developed materials in order to encourage others in the pursuit of their purpose, in identifying their giftings, abilities and personality style. She longs to see the fulfillment of the tremendous anointing the church will experience when there is true unity in Jesus Christ.

Doug Rassi
Doug is a native of Indiana, growing up on a traditional farm. He has spent his adult life in entrepreneurial business and is currently president of a local manufacturing company. He sees his primary field of ministry as being in business and in his work place where he is developing a healthy leadership culture. “Most of my best employees have been the beneficiaries of healthy leadership training,” says Doug. “They know how to think and act. They know how to give challenging assignments. They know how to give power away. They understand the meaning of servant leadership and they lead in that manner.” It is his desire to see this same quality of leadership developed in a greater way in this nation and across the world and is excited to be a part of it.
