Courses

We have several short leadership courses designed to bring the “Aha” moment on a variety of leadership issues. Formats range from half-day to four-day sessions or can be customized. We also develop training seminars in response to specific requests.

In the past we have worked with:

• Emerging leaders who told us that with our help they were able to lay a sound foundation for their future leadership.
• Existing leaders who told us that our models and processes were exactly what they needed to be more effective in their work. Some have commented that they learned more in a few days with us than they had previously learned in years of academic training.
• Experienced teachers and equippers of leaders who found that our models and principles confirmed what they already knew through their own experience, but helped them to do it more intentionally, consistently and comprehensively.

ConneXions Learning Communities

ConneXions is about building leaders - leaders whose lives are different - leaders who know God, leaders who are formed and who live in supporting and accountable community, leaders of integrity, leaders who know the purpose of God and are able to present it with clarity and passion, leaders who have the necessary skills to lead His people in the accomplishment of His purpose.

Leadership is in all of us. With learning and practice we can all do better. No matter what level of leadership ability a person currently demonstrates, he or she can make quantum improvements. ConneXions is a Leadership Learning Community that will help you make that quantum leap - a leadership learning opportunity that will transform your life!

We have two kinds of ConneXions Learning Communities:

ConneXions Extreme:

ConneXions Extreme is a nine month, full-time, residential experience that starts each September In Elkhart, Indiana and focuses on young, emerging leaders. Please read some of the testimonies of our participants!

ConneXions Alive:

ConneXions Alive is strategic equipping for the entire church family. It is designed for working adults and all those who desire to be equipped for God's work through them. ConneXions Alive is a local-church-based learning environment that involves many different kinds of experiences in different contexts, combining learning and doing. It is a spiritual greenhouse: a nurturing, transformational environment. Please contact us for login information necessary to access the courses on this site.

Learning Trips

Occasionally we take small groups of leaders to various countries to meet national leaders to learn from them. Please contact us for more information.
