Doing Design

This course is for graduates of our Building Healthy Leaders course who have already begun to apply the ConneXions models to discipleship and leader development in their own contexts.

This Doing Design course provides an opportunity to go more deeply into the technical aspects of learning experience design. Participants will interact together, working on their own designs.

Learning Objectives

By the end of the course, the participants will have:

• Reviewed the ConneXions models of leader development, giving special attention to their practical application.
• Shared with one another their experiences in practicing healthy leader building.
• Examined ways in which issues of context can be intentionally designed.
• Learned how to design effective sequence in learning experiences.
• Developed specific designs of their own in interaction with other participants.

Who Should Attend?

Only those who have already completed the Building Healthy Leaders course may register.

Because we have designed a highly interactive experience, participants learn from each other. To ensure quality learning, capacity is limited.
