Leader Development by Evaluation

Leader development has traditionally been considered quite difficult to evaluate. This one-day course explores a new model of leader development evaluation, based on the ConneXions model of leader development.

For comprehensive evaluation, we must evaluate five things:

  • The leaders who are being built.
  • The long-term impact the leaders have after the training.
  • The implementation of the process that is building them.
  • The design of the process that is building them.
  • The organization's underlying capacity to sustain an effective leader development program.

An effective evaluation will give a complete picture of the current state of the leader development programs as well as clear guidance for improvement - for any church or church planting network.
