“ConneXions Alive” is a local church implementation of our ConneXions Model of leader development as an organizational culture of “lifestyle people-building.” Our vision is that every member of the church would know how to build others and that there would be pervasive “people-building” in every ministry, family, business and relationship. This is the vision of Ephesians 4:16: “From Him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work.” This is a healthy body: one in which every member is growing, serving, and building others.
