  1. I Surrender

    Surrender I - Raise the White Flag: ( Stream | Download )
One of the most common lies that Satan uses to trap people from experiencing all that God has for them is: “If I surrender to God, I will experience loss or be unfulfilled in my life.”  This could not be further from the truth: “Nothing surrendered to God is ever wasted or left unrewarded.”  Am I full of truth and easily surrender to God in every area of my life?  Not surrendering the temporary is surrendering the eternal.  As the white flag of surrender is raised to God in every area of my life, He will cause His kingdom to increase through every area of my life.

Surrender II - Hate the Way You Lie: ( Stream | Download )
Lies appeal to our un-surrendered flesh.  Satan targets areas of our life that are not quite fully surrendered and he lies about the reality of the situation.  Each lie is like planting a seed in our hearts, if the evil seed takes root and grows it has the capacity to stop us from growing in God.  In the parable of the sower, Jesus tells a story about seed that is spread over four types of soil.  The third type is thorny soil.  This allows weeds to grow up with the plant and keep it from reproducing life.  It doesn’t kill the plant, just keeps it from growing and maturing - no fruit.  However, when we surrender that area or thing in our life to God, he will cause it to grow and be fruitful. (John 12:24-25)

  2. Legacy

Legacy - The Gift of Spiritual Mothers: ( Stream | Download )
We are blessed at Living Faith with wonderful mothers and spiritual mothers.  As we celebrate the gift of our spiritual mothers, we remember a spiritual mother of nations and kings, Sarah.  Abraham and Sarah waited 25 years for their promise to be fulfilled.  During that time Sarah’s faith was tested and she found strength to believe God that he could do the impossible.  Her cynical laughter of was changed to a laughter of joy.  Once she held on only to faith; later she held her promised son.  Be encouraged, God is faithful to fulfill his promises!

    Legacy - Future Generations: ( Stream | Download )
God’s promise to Abraham announced the gospel to biological and spiritual children of Abraham.  God plans and challenges us to plan with future generations in sight.

    Legacy - Who am I?: ( Stream | Download )
In Exodus chapter 3, Moses encountered the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.  In response to God’s vision for Moses’ life, Moses discounted himself by saying, “who am I?”.  God responded by saying, “I AM that IAM”.  It wasn’t about who Moses was, but rather who was God.  It’s not our past that qualifies or disqualifies us, it’s about the great I AM,  our Heavenly Father.   God is calling us to move forward with the visions he has put on our hearts, not based on who we are, but based on who he is forever.

Legacy - The Shema - Love God and Reveal Him to the Next Generation: ( Stream | Download )
In Deuteronomy, Moses is seen addressing the future generation before they cross the Jordan to inherit the promise land.  He emphasized the need to love the Lord with all of their hearts and to teach their children to love and obey Him.  The challenge today is to continue to carry out these two points: love God and reveal him to the next generation.

Legacy - Embrace the Mandate: ( Stream | Download )
In Judges 2:10, we see that the generation after Joshua did not walk with the Lord.  How could this be?  The children of Israel had seen such mighty displays of God’s power and Moses specifically directed the people to diligently teach their children.  How could two generations after Moses be so distant from God?  Today, we must learn from this disobedience and take seriously the mandate to reveal God to the next generation.

  3. Diligence

    Diligence - Part 1 - Ben Stoffel: ( Stream | Download )
Diligence is a learnable skill, but its probably not what you think. In Proverbs, we see clear rewards of true diligence and also clear consequences for a lack of diligence in any area of our lives. Biblical principles define diligence, and these spiritual truths govern our lives whether we acknowledge them or not! In order to live a life of excellence, we need to become diligent.

    Diligence - Part 2 - Ben Stoffel: ( Stream | Download )
Sometimes the sufferings in our lives come as consequences for our actions and/or the lack of us taking action! Not all suffering is absolutely necessary; in fact, some should be avoided entirely! A wise person will become diligent in minimizing unnecessary sufferings.

  4. Life on Purpose - Godipulation

Life on Purpose - Godipulation Part 1 - Ben Stoffel: ( Stream | Download )
Godipulation: God is in control. God is calling us to "Come to Him". God is calling us to rest in Him.

Life on Purpose - Godipulation Part 2 - Ben Stoffel: ( Stream | Download )
Its time to let go of the things that are keeping us from coming to God for rest and renewal. Put first things first, then you will be free to live life on purpose!"

Life on Purpose - Godipulation Part 3 - Ben Stoffel: ( Stream | Download )
Three benefits of having vision in life. The importance of changing our place and changing our pace so that we can change our perspective. In Matthew 17 (The Transfiguration), Jesus invited Peter, James and John to change their place (climb a high mountain) and change their pace (alone with Jesus). Something happened on the top of the mountain that changed their perspective of Jesus forever.

  5. The Deity of Christ - Let Us Draw Near - Ben Stoffel ( Stream | Download )
This message starts by a “zoomed-in” look at one verse, Hebrews 10:22, where we are challenged to draw near to God.  To gain a better understanding of that challenge, we “zoom” out to the broad teaching that Jesus is fully God.  From this viewpoint, we see that because Jesus is fully God, the blood of Jesus is infinitely holy.  With this understanding we can now “zoom” back in to Hebrews 10:19-22 and understand the verse in a new context:  as the perfect blood of Jesus is applied to every area of my imperfect life, then I am completely clean and free from accusation before God.  Therefore, I can draw near to God!!!

  6. The Humanity of Christ: Interacting with God in Times of Crisis - Ben Stoff ( Stream | Download )
Jesus was fully God and fully man.  In his humanity he suffered and cried out to God for help. We can learn two things from this: God loves us intensely and it’s okay to ask God for help when we are in times of Crisis

  7. Shine - From The Inside Out ( Stream | Download )
Even though the Christian is the light of the world, he does not make his own light.  The light we see from the Christian is actually the light of Jesus that is reflected from the times the Christian beholds the glorious light of Jesus.

  8. Follow Me As I Follow Christ ( Stream | Download )
We can follow only one voice.  How many different things in life are calling after us, saying, "Follow Me?"

  9. A Touch of Faith: Reaching out for Healing ( Stream | Download )
A woman with a flow of blood, for twelve years, reached out and touched the hem of Jesus’ garment.  Exploring her condition reveals that she received more than physical healing that day.   Many people brushed up against Jesus, but this woman reached out in faith to him and received power and restoration, and Jesus said, “Who touched me?”  As we reach out to touch Jesus, we simultaneously let go of our control of the condition, situation or circumstance.
