2. ConneXions Alive
   "ConneXions Alive" is a local church implementation of our ConneXions model of leader development. The vision is for "people building" - that every member of the church would know how to build others and that there would be pervasive "people-building" in every ministry, family, business and relationship. This is the vision of Ephesians 4:16 - "From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work." This is a healthy body - one in which every member is growing, serving and building others. ConneXions Alive is an organizational culture of "lifestyle people-building" in the local church.
