Discipline, Dealings, Dependency

The fruitful Christian life has a balance of three kinds of work of the Holy Spirit.

  • Divine Dependence
  • Dramitic Dealings
  • Daily Discipline

These three kinds of work are all motivated by the Holy Spirit and they are used by Him to transform our lives into the image of Christ. (2 Cor. 3:16-18)

This survey will help you to determine how balanced you are by indicating which of the three areas you are strongest in and which could use some improvement.

For each statement, please use the five-point scale to indicate the extent to which the statements describe you. If helpful, think of a specific but typical leadership situation and how you acted.
