Almost Always
1
From my heart, I willingly choose to obey my leader and to loyally follow his direction.
2
When things are not going well, I go out of my way to encourage and support my leader.
3
I look for ways in which I can take the initiative to do more than my normal job requires, and I do this without being asked.
4
I give my leader advice when it is appropriate; for example, if he is new and inexperienced or if he needs help in a difficult situation.
5
When my leader makes a poor decision, I share my concerns with him and try to help him improve the decision; I do not simply implement it.
6
I genuinely encourage my leader to give me candid feedback on how I'm doing, rather than avoiding it and becoming defensive when it is offered.
7
I actively try to understand my role in tasks by clarifying my leader's expectations of me and my performance standards.
8
I warmly show my appreciation to my leader; for example, by thanking him when he does something in my best interest.
9
I intentionally keep my leader informed, including about bad news. I do not wait for him to ask me about things.
10
I diligently verify the accuracy of the information I give my leader.
11
If my leader were to ask me to do something illegal or unethical, I would resist such an instruction in an appropriate manner.
