Courses
We have several short leadership courses designed to bring the “Aha“ moment on a variety of leadership issues. Formats range from half-day to four-day sessions or can be customized. We also develop training seminars in response to specific requests.
In the past we have worked with:
- Emerging leaders who told us that with our help they were able to lay a sound foundation for their future leadership.
- Existing leaders who told us that our models and processes were exactly what they needed to be more effective in their work. Some have commented that they learned more in a few days with us than they had previously learned in years of academic training.
- Experienced teachers and equippers of leaders who found that our models and principles confirmed what they already knew through their own experience, but helped them to do it more intentionally, consistently and comprehensively.

Transformational Thinking

| Essentially, leaders do two things: they think and they act. The world is not changed by those who think. The world is changed by those who act. The world is changed well by those who think and act. As we daily choose to walk in “new life” (Rom. 6:4), counting ourselves “dead to sin but alive to God” (Rom. 6:11), we can have the “mind of Christ” (1 Cor. 2:16)! Thus, our thinking is transformed and God can use us as His agents of transformation for others. This course introduces the participant to the ten critical thinking capacities of a healthy leader and contributes to the holistic development of leaders’ lives and leadership skills.

ConneXions Intensive
