Josue Fernandez
Regional Leader, Latin America and the Caribbean

Josué Hugo Fernández was born in northern Argentina and raised in a pioneering ministry family. Early on, he was mentored by his parents and later by Dr. Steven Voth while studying at the Buenos Aires Bible Institute, where he earned a Bachelor of Theology. He also pursued Master of Divinity studies at Alliance Theological Seminary in New York and holds a Master of Ministry from SETECA in Guatemala.
For over three decades, Josué has served in pastoral, academic, and regional leadership roles across Latin America and the U.S., including the Christian and Missionary Alliance Church of Buenos Aires, Buenos Aires Bible Institute, Overseas Council, GATE, and Community Bible Study. His ministry has focused on discipleship, leadership development, theological education, and caring for underserved communities. In August 2025, Josué became the Regional Leader for Latin America and the Caribbean with LeaderSource.
Josué and his wife, Liliana, have five adult children and a growing extended family. He is passionate about building up healthy leaders and multiplying God’s Kingdom throughout the region.
