ConneXions Intensive

This twelve-day program is an immersion in the ConneXions Model of healthy leader development. It includes our four foundational courses, Building Healthy Leaders™, Doing Design, Transformational Theology™ and Leader Development Evaluation. We schedule them in this manner so that international leaders can experience our full complement of ConneXions training with one trip to the U.S.

In addition to twelve full days of holistically-designed learning experiences, participants will get exposure to a wide variety of applications of the ConneXions Model in a local church as they stay with host families and participate in the life of the church during the two weekends.

Upon completing this course, participants will be equipped to begin to immediately implement the ConneXions Model to build healthy leaders in their home churches and ministries, and they will have a strong foundation to train others to do the same.
