Leader Development Evaluation

This two-day course is an extensive introduction to the art and science of leader development evaluation, using our LDQ™ model of evaluation. These practical principles can be applied in the evaluation and improvement of any kind of ministry.

Leader development has traditionally been considered quite difficult to evaluate. This course explores a new model of leader development evaluation, based on our ConneXions Model of healthy leader development.

For comprehensive evaluation, we must evaluate five things:

• The leaders who are being built.
• The long-term impact the leaders have after the training.
• The implementation of the process that is building them.
• The design of the process that is building them.
• The organization's underlying capacity to sustain an effective leader development program.

An effective evaluation will give a complete picture of the current state of the leader development program – as well as clear guidance for improvement – and will be applicable to any church, church planting network, Bible school, seminary or Christian organization.
