MissionThe mission of LeaderSource SGA (our official organization name is Strategic Global Assistance) is to catalyze and strengthen indigenous movements of healthy leader development and care, and thereby accelerate church planting and disciple-making, especially in areas of the world where Christianity is growing rapidly. In short, we equip churches to build healthy leaders. We are based in Elkhart, Indiana, and have representatives in the U.S., Africa, India, and Asia.
